A

What is a Macro cycle

A

A cycle throughout the whole year. Unless in prep for the Olympics which is 4 years.

A

What is a Meso cycle

A

Smaller cycle of training, often a month to 6 weeks. These are often used during throughout one macro cycle.

A

A period of training with a specific aim. Training sessions contain at least one unit per session.

A
