Think things in the world are referring to them directly. May believe in telepathy, bizarre fantasies/preoccupations, superstitions. Social anxiety.

Manipulative, deceitful, impulsive, and toatlly lacking empathy or remorse. Begin as conduct disorders in childhood. Physical complaints, substance abuse, depression are common. M>F. Family pattern. Lying and conning. Aggressive, asaulting.

Short psychotic episodes, paranoid ideation, dissociative symptoms. Self-mutilation and manipulative suidicde attemps. Avoids abandonment. Can’t toleratate being alone. F>M.

A

disorders that do not fit into another category

passive-aggressive: procrastination, irritability, stubborn, negative. argumentative and envious toward more forunate. Lack self-confidence.

Depressive: chronic unhappiness. Gloomy and pessimistic. Low self-esteem.

Sadomasochistic: desires to hurt others and/or humiliate

Sadistic: demeaning, humiliating, and cruel behavior to others. Violence, torture, weapons.
