Entry level training requirements

A

After the HR team acquires an employee, the employee should be well trained through development.

Development is training employees receive upon working within the corporation.
Employees will receive an in depth analysis on how to conduct work safely, procedures involved, ethical business values and behaviour which should be exemplified at all times.

Multiskilling

A

- Refers to an employee being able to do a number of different tasks and having skills in more than one area.

Multiskilling may involve being a machinery worker whislt alswell equipted to conduct quality managment inspections.

  1. Workers are more capable to do an arrangement of jobs, rather then having to outsource jobs from different apartments or businesses, increasing productivity, and costs.
  2. Communication between workers would be easier as they would have some knowledge.
