What is pH?
A
pH is the measure of how acidic or basic a solution is.

What are the ways to measure pH?
A
1) Universal acid-base indicator : This indicator turns different colours at specific pH values. It is dried on paper to form pH paper. A drop of solution to be tested is put on the pH paper and the colour is compared to a colour chart to determine the pH.
2) pH meter:The pH meter has a probe that is placed in the solution. The electronic reading of the pH value is displayed.
