Structure
The arrangement of all elements (parts) of a picture
Composition
Is the placement of an object or element within an image
Position
Your subject means positioning the dominant subject in a zone
Weighting
Space that an object takes up with the frame
Positive space
Space the surrounds the object from its border to the edge of the frame
Negative space
An equal relationship between 2 or more things when the elements weigh the same
Balance
Too much negative space. The result is unbalanced
Dead space
The movement of the viewers eye as it exports the photo
Dynamics
When the subject of a photo are equal weight and appear immobile or frozen.without causing movement to the eye.
Static balance
When a photo is positioned to encourage the eye to move around within the frame
Dynamic balance
Are all the parts of an image
Visual element
Are lines suggested the placement of an element but it doesn’t exist
Implied lines
Occurs any time an object comes near another object or the frame.
Visual tension
Repeating shapes in a image frame
Visual harmony
