You want the aircraft to maintain best forward airspeed

You want aircraft to slow to as slow as feasible

If an aircraft is climbing out and you want to verify climbing to alt.

Aerial Refueling Request in your airspace
“AID (tanker) cleared to conduct refueling along AR11/14 track, maintain AR 11/14 altitudes.
Low Altitude Alert
“Low altitude alert (call sign) Check your altitude immediately. The MIA/MEA in your area is ( altitude)
Traffic alert
“Traffic alert (call sign) ( position of aircraft) Advise you turn left/right (heading) and climb/descend altitude immediately
Lost radar due to coverage
Aid radar contact lost say alt report xxx
If you get them back “Radar contact location say altitude”
VFR Pickup
Aircraft calls up and says position and altitude.
“AID roger say AC type, suffix, and destination”
If they are a T U X D V Y they will be primary only in that case “say position and heading” Have them turn 30 degrees vector for radar identification.. MAKE SURE THEY ARE ABOVE THE MIA!!! If they are below suggest a heading for identification and make sure they maintain there own terrain and obstruction avoidance. Then radar ID the primary and start track in them TRACK P AID ENTER the VP type equipment destination and CID
If you are using the beacon methods for all flight following and VFR requesting IFR clearance then give them code and ident once you see it radar contact them and track them Track Puck AID enter
