They can flow
What can gas do?
Gas are spread out particles
What keeps solids together?

How do I change a solid into gas?
We can melt them which turns into liquids then we evaporate it which turns into a gas.
How do we change gas into solid?
We condense it turning it into a liquid then we can change it into a solid.
What’s the process of melting?
The process of melting the heat energy breaks the bonds into between the particles.
What changes in melting a solid?
The cold liquid moves, slowly then the hot liquids and gas move faster after evaporating the particles get bumped out of liquid.
what’s the difference between cold solid and hot?
Cold solids are joint together as hot solids expand
What’s density?
Density is when you measure mass(g) over volume(cm3)
How do we measure mass?
Mass by using scales
How do we measure volume?
length, width , height
Write a definitions about an object floating?
The density is less than the density of the liquid it’s floating on.
Why will an object float in water but not in oil?
Because it about 1 less dense than water.
What is the density of water for it to float?
1g/cm3
