A

Control-Click the selected notes with the brush, choose “Define Brush Pattern” make sure scale quantise is on, now paint anywhere and duplicate.

Make note length same as another note.

A

Click on the note you want to copy with the pencil tool, then choose a new note location click again with the pencil tool. The new note’s length, velocity, and the channel will be the same.
