A plan is something that says what equipment and materials you are going to use and what you are going to do with them.

The scienctific question they are trying to answer.The independent and dependent variables,A list of variables to control and how to control them,A prediction,A list of the equipment they need,A risk assement,How to use the equipment to collect data.

What is the difference between precise and accurate
A
Accurate data is data that is close to the value of what you are trying to measure.Precise data is when your repeat measurements are closely grouped together.

A spread of data is how close or far away your repeat measurements are.
