A person is guilty of an offence who assaults any person, thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm.
Either way offence.

S51 Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001.
A person is carrying out a lawful search of any person and finds something that they have reasonable grounds to believe may be or may contain something for which he is authorised to search,
a power of seizure to which this section applies
would entitle them if found, to seize whatever it is that he has grounds for believing that thing to be or contain,
and in all circumstances it is not reasonably practicable for it to be determined at the time or place of the search.

A person who is lawfully on any premises finds anything on those premises that he has reasonable grounds for believing may contain something for which he is authorised to search on those premises,
a power of seizure to which this section applies would entitle them to seize whatever it is that he has grounds for believing that thing to be or to contain and in all circumstances it is not reasonably practicable for it to be determined on those premise.
