Assonance
The repetition of the same or similar vowel sounds within words, phrases or sentences
Alliteration
The repetition of usually initial consonant sounds in two or more neighbouring words or syllables
Consonance

The continuation of a sentence or phrase from one line of poetry to the next

The rythmic pattern of a poetic line
Irony
implies a distance between what is said and what is meant. Based on the context, the reader is able to see the implied meaning in spite of the contradiction.
