Q

Ozymandius

A

The main theme and message of this poem is how power is temporary as is everything and that you could be the most influential person in the world but after death it will not matter. There is also a lot of ironic contrast in this poem as the poet compares the inscription of the statue to the scenery around it which continue to show how all good things come to an end.

Ode to the West wind

A

This poem personifies the wind and talks about the yin and yang contrast of nature. Nature can be a destroyer yet a nurterer. The wind is a great example of this, as described throughout the poem because not only can the wind spread seeds and create new trees to grow but the wind can also cause hurricanes and destroy cities. The wind has a very powerful effect to our world.
