• Riot
• Fighting or serious disorder
• Max 24 hours closure

• Any time if have RGTB any offence against this act is being committed

(Arrest for police obstruction if person fails to allow entry or delays entry)

• Officer can demand Name, Address, DOB and require evidence if details provided are false and must cautioned
