A

The police officer sees a certain race in a certain neighborhood and immediately believe they are a criminal. And vice versa suspect think police he perceives suspect as a criminal.

A

Police think people are negatively perceiving them as an officer.

Black folk think the police officer perceives him as a criminal.

Therefore, two destructive perceptions are likely to collide and cause issues.

Black people are MORE likely to feel seized. 4 A protects whites more than blacks.
