What is a dynamic risk assessment?
“The continuous assessment of risk in rapidly changing circumstances of an operational incident, in order to implement the control measures necessary to ensure an acceptable level of safety”
What is meant by the “golden hour”
The period of time that occurs immediately after a crime has taken place, when there is the most material and evidence available to you.
Positive action to collect as much information as possible will insure that one maximise the potential to secure the most evidence that will be available later in court
