  1. Minor suspected to be ill or injured
  2. Abnormal Vital Signs / ALOC
  3. Drug/ETOH Intoxication
  4. Comprehension unable to comprehend
  5. Age >65 with significant mechanism
  6. Trauma Center Criteria
  7. Transport of any ALS Patient or BLS Downgrade
  8. Treatment any ALS treatment or skills except EKG
  9. Questions regarding disposition of patient

  1. Patient wishes to be released, not BHCC
  2. BLS call where ALS is not needed
  3. Discontinuation of CPR in presence of DNR
  4. Obvious Death: decapitation, rigor, incineration, evisceration, decompisition
  5. Release of a minor who is not ill or injured
    - Parent/Legal Guardian Requests, Responsible Adult, Document Circumstances and ID of Person
