- Minor suspected to be ill or injured
- Abnormal Vital Signs / ALOC
- Drug/ETOH Intoxication
- Comprehension unable to comprehend
- Age >65 with significant mechanism
- Trauma Center Criteria
- Transport of any ALS Patient or BLS Downgrade
- Treatment any ALS treatment or skills except EKG
- Questions regarding disposition of patient

PB DOR
A
- Patient wishes to be released, not BHCC
- BLS call where ALS is not needed
- Discontinuation of CPR in presence of DNR
- Obvious Death: decapitation, rigor, incineration, evisceration, decompisition
- Release of a minor who is not ill or injured
- Parent/Legal Guardian Requests, Responsible Adult, Document Circumstances and ID of Person
