What are the symptoms and stages

A

Enters orally and then replication takes place in the ileum and when the virus infects the cells in the payers patches (dendritic cells and macrophages) by the CD155 receptor
Once enters the blood it causes viremia, and then can enter the spinal cord and infects neurons specifically motor neurons. Once the myelin sheath is inflamed there are neurological conditions that effect muscle movement causing paralysis
