Article 12
Definition of state
“The State”,includes the Govt. & paliament of India and the Govt. & legislature of each of the states and all local and other authorities within the territory of India or under the control of the Govt. of India.

provides for free and compulsory education to children.
Article 22
Article 22 states that the person shall be informed of the grounds of his arrest; he shall have a legal practitioner of his choice; and he must be produced before the nearest magistrate within 24 hours of his arrest.
Article 23
Article 23 prohibits traffic in human beings and forced labour. However, this does not prohibit the state from imposing compulsory service.
Article 24
Prohibits employing children below the age of 14 in any hazardous employment.

Article 25 provides freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion, subject to public order, morality and health.

Article 26 provides freedom to manage religious affairs. This guarantee is available not only to citizens of India but to all persons, including aliens.
Article 27
Article 27 gives freedom as to payment of taxes for promotion of any particular religion.
Article 28
Article 28 prohibits religious instruction or any worship in educational institutions maintained by the state.
Article 29
Article 29 states that the citizens having a distinct language, script or culture shall have right to conserve the same. And no citizen will be denied admission into any educational institution maintained by the state on grounds of religion, race, caste, language etc.
Article 30
Article 30 gives right to minorities to establish and administer educational institutions.
Article 32
Article 32 gives a right to every individual to move the supreme court directly, in the case of violation of his fundamental rights through one of the five writs i.e., Haebeus corpus,mandamus,certiorari,quo warranto and prohibition.
Article 74
The real executive power is exercised by council of ministers. President shall accept the advice of his council of ministers.
