Polycystic kidney disease

49 year old M , P/W with acute hematuria , CTKUB ( shows massive bilateral kidneys with heterogenous masses within both kidneys , you Dx as ( polycystic kidney disease ) , what other symptoms ( other than haematuria ) that this patient may experience

4- Recurrent UTI

6-Periphrela oedema ( renal failure)

1- oligueia ( < 200 ml/12 hrs)
2- sever metabolic acidosis
3- uraemic complications ( encephalopathy , pericarditis )

1- toxic ingestion /removal ( alcohol , lithium )
2- Temp control
3- refractory hyperkalemia ( 6.5 mmol/L ) , Na level ( < 100 or > 160 )
