Wide base= high birth rate
Taper end= high death rate
Middle is wider= people are doing more work
High death rate
- there is no clean water, which causes disease to spread over.
- bad sanitisation
- poor health care system (not good medication)
- less access to food.
- the pensions might be not enough for people.
- don’t have access to vaccinations
Low death rate
- good health care system.
- easy to access the hospitals and pharmacies.
- pensions
- Regular access to clean water leads to no disease to spread.
- improved diets (improved protein and nutrients)
- good sanitisation
- advanced medical care like vaccinations, and antibiotic surgery.
- health living campaigns and smoking, anti-drinking, eating well (healthy living campaigns)
what is GNP?
It’s a goods given by country divided by the total population to give average income for each citizen
What can GNP tell us about a country?
If it’s high GNP that means country have more wealth.
What can only GNP NOT tell us about a country?
It’s a mask that hides not good things about a country

difference between in your birth and dearth rate.
if GNP is high
- the country is rich.
- many industries producing high level of value goods.
