What is the difference between your (tu) and your (su)?

Mi casa es tu casa (familiar) vs Mi casa es su casa (formal)
su/sus are used when you are speaking to someone you would address as “usted”; an elder or stranger who is older or near in age to you
nuestro, nuestra, nuestros, nuestras

Possessive adjectives are not used with what kind of words and what is used instead?
articles of clothing or body parts; you use definite articles instead
you DO NOT say mi vestido , or mi brazo; these are NOT CORRECT.
you DO say: Me duele el brazo (My arm hurts) and Me gusta el vestido nuevo (I like my new dress)
