Answer 1

A party may seek a rehearing no later than 30 days after entry of judgment, and the court must rule on the motion no later than 45 days of the entry of judgment (not on the motion)

The GDC has authority to reopen the matter within 45 days of the judgment

What is the exception for a VA court to review a default judgement after the time period has expired?

In cases of fraud a court can vacate a default judgment or decree for up to two years after entry
