Popliteal art and vein. Tibial and common peroneal nerves. Popliteal art is the deepest structure.

Post. tibial artery travels through the deep posterior compartment, accompanied by the vein and nerve eventually running post. to the medial malleolous. Divides into medial and lateral plantar arteries terminating in the sole of the foot.
