  5. Medical Emergency - For medical emergencies of an immediate family member. (Option of using sick or up to 48 hours of vacation per fiscal year).

A

“Immediate family shall be defined as spouse, parent, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild (including legally adoptive relationships, current in-laws and step-relationships) or any of the previously mention specified relationships to the employee’s spouse, significant other or domestic partner. This shall also apply to legal guardianship/dependent situations.”
