because of the high intital cost of hiring price reporters, business development staff etc

Why is the initial investment worth it?
A
by achieving benchmark status in a mjor physicals market, particularly with derivative usage, PRAs can recover the initial investment and through subscription sales or revenue through derivative trading they make money
