Checking mortgage charge exist

Request seller’s solicitor to give undertaking to discharge the mortgage charge on completion.

Lender will submit e-DS1 form to inform the Land Registered the mortgage charge has been paid off.

Buyer solicitor to make an application
Register new owner and new mortgage using the following documents:

AP1 form,
TR1 form,
DS1 form,
SDLT5 certificate,
mortgage deed
