In conclusion, the tidal barrage scheme should go ahead as although it does pose numerous environmental concerns both locally and towards wildlife such as the migration of birds, but the long-term benefits of this scheme outweigh the risks as it provides numerous jobs whilst also providing clean, affordable and reliable energy, resolving the energy security dispute in Morecambe Bay.
