What does the N170 pre-trial checklist ask first?

Whether expert evidence is agreed, whether consent has been given, and whether experts have met to discuss reports.
What logistics about experts must be included?
Dates when experts are unavailable for trial.
What witness info must be in the checklist?
Details, availability, and any special facilities required.
Who will present the case at trial?
The advocate — you must include their availability.
What trial planning info must be included?
Estimate of trial length and proposed timetable (preferably agreed between parties).
