All higher and technical-vocational institutions, public and private, must offer at least 1 NSTP component. 3. SUCs must offer ROTC and at least one other NSTP component. 4. PMA, PMMA, PNPA, and other SUCs of similar nature, are not covered by th NSTP Law. 5. Private HEIs and technical-vocational educational institutions with at least 350 students cdets may offer ROTC, and establish DMST.
