Instead of just saying Pregnancy - saying Pregnancy: induces labor and delivery

A - no fetal risk in controlled studies
B - no risk to human fetus despite possible animal risk
or
no risks in animal studies but human studies lacking
C - human risk cannot be ruled out. animal studies may or may not show risk

X - contraindicated in pregnancy (BIRTH CONTROL)

- number of fetuses
- presenting part, fetal lie, fetal attitude
- degree of presenting parts descent into pelvis
- Expected location of the PMI or the Fetal heart rate on the abdomen
