Purpose/When to Use
To describe an action that occurs regularly. In place of future to give immediacy. In place of past tense to relate a historical event. In place of the imperative to express a mild command or wish.
-Cer & -Cir Endings
c-> zc in first person sing. ex. conocer ->Conozco
-Guir Endings
Gu-> G in first person sing. Ex. Conseguir -> Consigo.
-Ger & -Gir Endings
G->J first person sing. ex. Corregir -> corrijo.
Caer
To fall: Caigo, caes, cae, caemos, caeis, caen.
Hacer
To Make/Do: Hago, haces, hace, hacemos, haceis, hacen.
Poner
To Put/Place: Pongo, pones, pone, ponemos, poneis, ponen.
Saber
To know/how to/find out: Se, sabes, sabe, sabemos, sabeis, saben.
Salir
To leave: Salgo, sales, sale, salimos, salis, salen.
Traer
To bring: Traigo, traes, trae, traemos, traeis, traen.
Ver
To see: veo, ves, ve, vemos, veis, ven.
Decir
To say/to speak: Digo, dices, dice, decimos, decis, dicen.
Estar
To be: Estoy, estas, esta, estamos, estais, estan.
Haber
To have: he, has, ha ,hemos, habeis, han.
Ir
To go: Voy, vas, va, vamos, vais, van.
Oir

Ser

Tener

Venir

Limiting Adjectives
Precede noun: numerals, demonstratives, possessives, interrogatives.
Descriptive Adjectives
Precede or follow the noun. Follow -> distinguish. Precede-> denote an inherent quality.
