Q

How did you form the conjugation?

A

It is very easy. All verbs have two components:

a stem + an ending/infinitive

the stem the infinitive changes because of the

for regular subject, tense, infinitive (-ar, -er, -ir)

verbs does not

change

When you conjugage a verb, remove the infinitive and add the conjugation for the subject.
