When is breast examination done?
1 week after menses

What to do in gynecomastia?
- observe
- if persistent after 6 months, rule out other causes

CBC: Hgb U/A TB work up if at risk - ask if there are family members taking meds STI - annually for sexually active Pap smear at 21 yo Visual screening

- live attenuated vaccines: Varicella and rubella
