Counsel on ED (if >36 hours, recovery rare)
Phenylephrine with aspiration/irrigation
Monitor HR/BP
Distal shunt
Corporal tunneling (snake)
Proximal shunt has little evidence
ABG if persistent after this
Prosthesis
