Procedure: Tint Retouch Application

Always remember to drape the client using a TOWEL and PLASTIC cape BEFORE the application service and apply PROTECTIVE CREAM around the hairline (full loop and ears too)

Apply tint to outline entire perimeter only on new growth (or 1” mock new growth) and DO NOT overlap

Use the tail end of the tint brush, create the centered part (from the hairline to nape areas), and apply tint to new growth to separate this center part

From the apex area, use the tail end of the tint brush to create a section across behind the ear area, apply tint to new growth to separate this section. You should have 4 equal quadrants divided

Start on the LEFT FRONT QUADRANT. Take 1/4” subsection and apply tint to the top and bottom of each subsection . Finish the entire quadrant
