what’s in the ITT?
dates, addresses, site visit details, programme, submission details
what would you include in a PQQ?
general info, experience, case study, financial and economic standing, resources, personnel, health and safety
what did you include in your tender recommendation?
scored against different elements, programme, commercial before giving a final score against weighted scoring system and a final recommendation
how do you deal with errors in tenders?
confirm or withdraw - confirm, amend or withdraw - depends on the option stated in instructions
how do you deal with late tenders
not accepted under OJEU, and i have followed this as per tender instructions
otherwise i would advise the client of the risks of accepting a late tender
