Overspeed: Attempt to control rpm with the use of twist grip, if unable to control overspeed the engine must be shut down and auto performed. (when shutting engine down do not lower collective until rpm is within range) Underspeed: Powered flight may be possible, however if insufficient for level flight auto landing may be required. Power surges: increase N2 beep to High and reduce throttle to 103% N2. This action removes the governor from system and should eliminate surge, throttle control is now manual.
