Q

Why is VUCA important as a tool?

A

Uncertainty defies anticipation and detailed plans.

VUCA analysis gives project managers a perspective which enables them to identify emerging opportunities and threats that a more rigid planning and execution approach may miss.

It helps to avoid poor performing project delivery due to the plan and reality being misaligned.
