No membrane. 70S. NB Eukarytoic ribosomes are 80S.

Not in a nucleus. Double stranded helical structure in one loop, no histones NB Eukaryotic DNA is in a nucleus, in double stranded helical structure but in more than one linear shape (chromosomes) and is associated with histones.
