Yes; the board requires a registration of Nonprescription Drug Outlet - Class C (Medical Device, Equipment & Gas Drug Outlet) for any outlet that sells medical devices and/or medicinal gasses and OTC medications to consumers.
Does this state have any special laws covering purchases of pseudoephedrine?
Yes;
No more than 3.6 grams in a 24-hour period.
No more than 9 grams in a 30-day period, regardless of the number of transactions.
