ADE of GnRH agonists

A

CV effects: edema, HTN, rarely MI (leuprolide): headache, fatigue, depression, seizures (histrelin) suicidal ideation (histrelin)
Hypo-adrenergic state: decreased BMD, elevated TG, weight gain, DM, reduced libido, sexual dysfunction, gynecomastia
Rarely hepatotoxicity
