हे धार्मिक परमेश्वर, मेरा रक्षक
O righteous God, my protector
मैले पुकार गर्दा मलाई जवाफ दिनुहोस्
Answer me when I call
सङ्कष्टमा पर्दा मलाई आश्रय दिनुहोस्
Shelter me in trouble
ममाथि अनुग्रह गर्नुहोस्, र मेरो प्रार्थना सुन्नुहोस्
Be gracious to me, and hear my prayer
हे मानिस हो, तिमीहरू मेरो महिमालाई कहिलेसम्म लाजमा परिवर्तन गर्नेछौ?
O men, how long will you turn my glory into shame?
कहिलेसम्म तिमीहरू व्यर्थका कुराहरू रुचाउनेछौ र असत्य देवताहरूको पछि लाग्नेछौ?
How long will you love/prefer vain things and go/follow after false gods
तिमीहरूलाई थाहा होस्, परमप्रभुले भक्तजनहरूलाई आफ्नो निम्ति छुट्ट्याउनुभएको छ
Be it known to you, the Lord has set apart the devotees for himself
मैले पुकार गर्दा परमप्रभुले सुन्नुहुन्छ
The Lord hears me when I call
रीसमा पर्दा पाप नगर
Do not sin when you are angry
ओछ्यानमा सुत्दा आ-आफ्नो हृदयभित्र तलाश गर र शान्त रहो
While lying in bed, search within your heart and be still
उचित बलिदानहरू चढ़ाओ, र परमप्रभुमा भरोसा राख
offer proper sacrifices, and trust in the Lord
धेरैले सोध्दैछन्, “हामीलाई कसले केही असल कुरा देखाउन सक्छ?”
Many are asking, “Who can show us something good?”
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका मुहारको ज्योति हामीमाथि प्रकाशित गर्नुहोस्!
O Lord, make the light of your countenance/face shine upon us!
तिनीहरूका अन्न र नयाँ दाखमद्यको प्रशस्ततामा हुने आनन्दभन्दा बढ़ी आनन्दले तपाईंले मेरो हृदय भर्नुभएको छ
You have filled my heart with more joy than the abundance of their grain and new wine.
शान्तिमा म पल्टिनेछु र निदाउनेछु, किनकि हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले मात्र मलाई सुरक्षित राख्नुहुन्छ
In peace I will roll over and sleep, for you alone protect me, O Lord
