-BMI<13/mBMI<70%
-recent weight loss >2kg/week in an underweight patient
-HR<40 (awake)
-Syncope & postural drop
-Fluid refusal/dehydration
-Temp <35.5C
-ECG abnormalities (often long QT)
-Low K+/Na+/phos/Mg/albumin/Ca2+
-Low WCC, Hb<10
-Food refusal/very low intake
-Physical altercation over food
->2hrs of exercise per day
-mod/high suicidal ideation
-self hard
