NaSSA- antidepressant
Block NE and serotonin by blocking alpha 2 adrenergic presynaptic receptors on serotonin receptor
-Side effects: sedation, dizziness, weight gain, dry mouth, constipation, change in urinary function
-Highly sedation and increases appetite
