**Analytical** person - needs details and reasons with several options (joint problem solving - also risk averse). **Controller** need short summary of the benefits - how to save time or money. Question to weaken... **Enthusiast**...scarcity works for enthusiasts. Perceptual contrasts. Compare with big and tell stories. Give facts... they live in a world of denial and tell stories **Amiable** - spend time and get to know, follow rules that others follows - social proof.
