What is the purpose of a trial bundle in civil proceedings?
To provide the court and parties with an organised collection of documents that will be relied upon during trial, ensuring efficiency and clarity in the presentation of evidence.
When must the claimant file the trial bundle?
No more than 7 days and no less than 3 days before the trial date, unless the court directs otherwise.
