• Less phones = more traditional.
• More traditional than letting tech take over and watching it through a screen.
• You can choose to circulate the QR’s in a different way if you choose. It may just be to your own expense.

“This is just going to take up time that we don’t have”

• Qor = more sales = less time spent on other marketing OR more money to spend on staff.
• The time taken to film the mementos is down to you.
• The qr cards should be handed out by people who are already going to be standing in the doorways, so no additional cost.

Question 3

We are not happy with you taking the emails.

• We need them to be able to give you the service for free. We needed to design the service this way as theatres can’t afford to pay.
• We need them for our vision which looks to be even more beneficial to theatres. It will include features where fans can create accounts and build collections.

We could do it ourselves

• You can save time and money if you use us instead.
• Doing it for one theatre is much less affordable.

We have good relationships with sites we already post on.

• potential lifespan and reach of branding is huge.
• PPC ads are put in front of your target market at the time they are most open to ads about theatre.

Our audience are too old to use it

That is a problem. They won’t be around forever.

Old people aren’t stupid. Some struggle with technology, but many don’t. We have designed Qor to be straightforward.

It is a long term process with it becoming increasingly beneficial over time.

The few young people that are attending can be turned into evangelists and will tell their friends.

I don’t think it would be beneficial to us

I understand. For some productions it won’t be beneficial enough to justify the effort. That’s what I need to figure out.

Would you be open to supporting my mission to help the industry which you are a part of? Anything from hosting one pilot test would be incredibly useful. Hopefully it means you will benefit from increased funding or engagement in the future.
