Rectus Femoris action origin insertion and nerve innervation
A: extend knee and flex hip
O:Anterior inferior iliac spine (AIIS)
I: tibial tuberosity (via the patella and patellar ligament)
N: Femoral L2, 3, 4

O = Lateral lip of linea aspera, gluteal tuberosity, and greater trochanter

O= Anterior and lateral shaft of the femur
