  • Low response rate impacts validity & representivness
  • Detachment: can feel impersonal reducing validity of responses ( interpretivist perspectives)
  • Structured questionnaires lack validity as they don’t capture full detailed opinions
  • Right answerism: giving researcher answer they think they want
