A contemporary audience wouldn’t allow her to stay alive as she was unconventional to the time and women had to see what would happen if you didn’t comply to societal norms.

A fatal flaw. His hubris (excessive pride).
How is Macduff a better person than Macbeth?
He gives Macbeth an option to surrender instead of killing him
